Free quote · One visit · In writing
One roof, one written proposal, from a certified installer.
Interlock Roofing of America manufactures the roof and certifies the installers. Send the form and the certified installer for your part of Florida takes it from there — the visit, the written proposal, the permit under their own licence.

The proposal — everything it covers
- A written proposal from the certified Interlock installer for your area — their price, their schedule, their Florida licence number on the paperwork
- Your profile and color options walked through on your actual roof
- The deck, underlayment and ventilation covered in the proposal, not just the panels — Florida's reroof rules reach the whole assembly
- What the permit involves: the installer pulls it under their own licence, and the permit is what triggers the state's reroof requirements
- The Guardian Lifetime Limited Warranty terms — including the one-time transfer and the exclusions — in plain English
- A straight answer on your address: Miami-Dade and Broward counties are not served — the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone
Who holds the licence — the certified independent installer assigned to your project, not the program. Their Florida licence number is on the proposal; check it at myfloridalicense.com before you sign anything.
Service area — Florida outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. Miami-Dade and Broward counties are not served — the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. Anywhere else in the state, send the form and you will get a straight answer about your address.

The certified installer contacts you
The certified Interlock installer assigned to your area reaches out to schedule a visit. They measure the roof, look at the deck and ventilation, and walk the options at your house.
The installer's proposal, in writing
A written proposal from the installer, with their Florida licence number on it — verify it at myfloridalicense.com before you sign. The contract is between you and the installer. Take the time you need to decide.
No-pressure, on paper: no expiring "sign tonight" discounts. The installer's written proposal stands while you compare, think, and decide — and the contract, when you are ready, is directly between you and them.
FAQ
Straight answers before you plan your last roof
If you need anything beyond these, send us a note and we'll respond with the details you need.
Who is Interlock Roofing of America?
The manufacturer's Florida program for the Interlock® Lifetime Roofing System. We supply the roof, certify independent Florida-licensed installers, assign one to your project, and back the Guardian Lifetime Limited Material Warranty. We do not install roofs ourselves; your installation contract, price and permits are handled by the certified installer, whose licence you can verify at myfloridalicense.com.
Is the Interlock system approved for use in Florida?
Yes — Florida Product Approval FL7263-R7 covers the aluminum Shingle/Slate, Diamond, Shake and Hidden-Fastener Tile profiles, with design pressures rated by profile and fastening. It is a non-HVHZ approval: Miami-Dade and Broward counties are not served.
How do I get a price?
Request a free quote and the certified Interlock installer assigned to your area will contact you to schedule a visit and prepare a written proposal. Pricing comes from the installer, not from a call center, because every roof's geometry, deck and code requirements differ.
What does the warranty cover?
The Guardian Lifetime Limited Material Warranty covers the aluminum roofing material and factory finish for as long as the original purchaser owns the home, transferable once to the next owner. Installation workmanship is warranted separately by your installer. Read the full terms on our warranty page before you buy.
