Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page explains what Interlock Roofing of America does and does not do with your personal information, and how to opt out of the advertising technology we use on metalroofingflorida.com.

1. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information for Money

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not exchange it for other valuable consideration with data brokers or list sellers.

2. Sharing with Your Assigned Installer Is Not a Sale

We disclose quote-request data (name, email, phone, property address, and roof details) to the assigned certified installer only to fulfil your request, which Florida law does not treat as a sale (section 501.702(29), Florida Statutes). The installer is an independent, Florida-licensed contractor who uses that information to prepare the quote you asked for. If we ever receive payment from an installer tied to an individual lead, we will update this page and treat that disclosure as a sale for opt-out purposes.

3. Advertising Cookies May Count as “Sharing”

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads with Consent Mode v2. These cookies may be treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as “targeted advertising,” under the laws of California and some other states. They are set to “denied” until you accept them in our cookie banner.

4. How to Opt Out

1. Click “Reject all” or adjust preferences in the cookie banner, or reopen it through the “Cookie settings” link in the Site footer.
2. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We automatically treat a GPC signal as an opt-out for that browser.
3. Email policies@metalroofingflorida.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and the email address or phone number you used with us.

Opt-out requests through the banner or GPC take effect immediately for that browser and device. Email requests are processed within 15 business days. If you use several browsers or devices, set your preference in each one.

5. What Opting Out Does Not Do

Opting out does not stop the installer from contacting you about a quote you already requested, and it does not stop service messages about that request. To stop calls and texts, reply STOP to any text or call 1-866-733-5811. To delete your data entirely, use the Data Subject Access Request page.

6. No Discrimination

We will not deny you a quote, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised an opt-out.

7. Under 18

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18, consistent with section 501.715, Florida Statutes.
