SMS / Communications Policy

This policy describes how Interlock Roofing of America and the certified installer assigned to your project contact you by text message, telephone, and email after you submit a quote request on metalroofingflorida.com.

1. Program Name and Senders

Program: Interlock Roofing of America quote follow-up.

Senders: Interlock Roofing of America (a program of Interlock Roofing Ltd.) and the Interlock-certified independent installer assigned to your area. The installer’s name and licence number will appear in the installer’s own messages and on the quote it issues. Messages come from 1-866-733-5811, from our regional numbers (Tampa (813) 560-0748, Orlando (407) 410-3420, Naples (941) 234-0475, Port St. Lucie (772) 617-4477, Pensacola (850) 780-0280), or from the assigned installer’s number.

2. Message Types and Frequency

Texts relate to your quote request: confirming receipt, arranging a site visit, appointment reminders, delivering or following up on the installer’s quote, warranty registration, and, if you agreed, occasional product information. Message frequency varies; you can expect no more than a few messages per week while your request is active. Message and data rates may apply.

We send texts and place automated or prerecorded calls only with your prior express written consent, given by checking the unchecked consent box on the quote form, which reads in full on the form and states that consent is not a condition of any purchase. Checking that box is your electronic signature under section 501.059(1)(g), Florida Statutes, and 47 CFR section 64.1200(f)(9). We keep a record of the date, time, form page, consent-text version, and telephone number for each consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may still request a quote by calling 1-866-733-5811 without agreeing to text messages.

4. How to Stop

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages from that sender. The words QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE also work, and you may opt out through any other reasonable means, including calling 1-866-733-5811 or emailing policies@metalroofingflorida.com. You will receive one confirmation text acknowledging your request, after which no further texts will be sent. We honor opt-outs within 10 business days, and in every case within the 15-day period allowed by section 501.059(10)(c), Florida Statutes. Opting out of texts from Interlock Roofing of America does not automatically stop texts from the installer, and the reverse; reply STOP to each sender, or tell us and we will forward your request to the installer. If a message is sent from a number that cannot receive replies, the message will say so and give the toll-free number as the alternative.

6. Quiet Hours and Call Limits

We do not call or text before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. in your local time (section 501.616(6), Florida Statutes), and we do not attempt more than three calls in any 24-hour period about the same matter. We display a working caller ID and never block or alter it.

7. Call Recording

Florida is an all-party-consent state (section 934.03, Florida Statutes). We record calls to and from 1-866-733-5811 and our regional numbers only after announcing that the call is being recorded; by continuing the call after that announcement you consent to the recording. If you do not consent, tell us at the start and the call will continue without recording. Recordings are retained for 24 months and shared with the assigned certified installer only when needed to fulfil your quote request. Installers may record their own calls only after giving their own announcement.

8. Email

Marketing emails include our mailing address and a working unsubscribe link, honored within 10 business days. Service emails about an active quote request or warranty registration may continue after you unsubscribe from marketing.

9. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers; delivery depends on your carrier and device.

10. Do Not Call

If your number is on the National Do Not Call Registry or the Florida Do Not Call list, we will contact you only in response to your express request (a quote submission) or with your written consent, as sections 501.059(3) and (8), Florida Statutes, allow. To be added to our internal do-not-call list, call or email us.

11. Privacy

Telephone numbers collected for this program are not sold. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
